Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to USPS, the carrier is responsible for handling and transporting your package.

By Tartán is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by USPS.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting USPS directly to initiate an investigation.

Refunds or replacements are not automatically issued for packages marked as delivered. Each situation will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
