Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Exchanges are the only available option.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at bytartan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and retain all original labels and packaging.
• You may exchange your item for the same product or choose another item of equal or greater value. If selecting an item of higher value, you are responsible for paying the price difference.
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item for exchange.

Final Sales
